Hashbrown Tacos

Saw this on a reel, writing down my notes! This recipe is basically how we like the hashbrowns cooked; the rest is just a taco on top.

Total time: 35 min

Ingredients

• 1 package of 2" x 4" frozen hashbrown patties.
  • 1 package (10 hb, I think) was enough for our fam, but only 2 leftover
• 1 - 1.5lb taco meat
• all the things you like with tacos

Instructions

1. Set oven to convect 400 deg
2. Make taco meat how you like
3. Place hashbrowns on a metal drying rack so full air circulation happens
4. After preheat, place in oven for 15 min.
5. Flip each hashbrown. Maybe move outside ones to inside if cooking unevenly.
6. Check doneness after another 10 minutes, but to get fully crunchy, it could go 20 total minutes more.
7. Make taco on top of hashbrown patties & eat!
